Return Policy

For return and exchange of products purchased, please visit our store, Sayyar Trading Agencies W.L.L. P.O. Box 549, Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain or call us at +973 17290111 or e-mail us at outdoor@sayyarliving.com for assistance.

If our customers are not satisfied with the product they purchased, they can exchange product/s within fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase of the product/s. The exchange is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Customers should keep the Products in their unused, original condition, along with the original invoice/ sale receipt, the packing box in which the product/s arrived, brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful replacement pick-up.
• Defective or damaged goods on arrival will be exchanged, If the customer reports it before accepting the delivery.
• Please note that delivery fees (if any) are not refundable.

For Barbecue Grills:

If there is a manufacturing defect or malfunctioning in the delivered product, customers can claim a warranty. Warranty terms and duration vary by product type. Please read the warranty policy mentioned on our website to know more.
