Delivery Policy
We offer the following delivery options for our customers in the Kingdom of Bahrain:
In-Store Pick Up
In-Store Pick up is currently available only for barbecue accessories and not for barbecue grills. As for barbecue grills, we provide free home delivery and assembly to all our customers across the Kingdom.
Customers can order the accessories online and pick them up from our store.
While placing the order, customers need to select ‘In-Store Pick Up’. Once the order is processed, customers will receive an email message letting them know that the order is ready to pick up.
While visiting the store for pick up, please bring your valid identity proof along with the notification email that you have received.
Store pick up is valid only during store working hours (Saturday – Thursday, 9.00 AM to 7.00 PM) and for orders confirmed via ‘In-Store Pick Up.
Home Delivery
For Barbecue Grills: We provide to our valued customers with free home delivery and installation of our grill models.
For Barbecue Accessories: We offer free home delivery for any order above 20 BHD. For orders below 20 BHD, the delivery charge will be 2 BHD.
We will deliver the items within 3 business days. Business days are Saturday to Thursday.

Delivery will be made to the address specified when you complete the order.
At point of delivery, identity verification of the consignee is required by sighting any of these original ID Proofs – CPR / Passport / Bahrain Driving License.
